Return & Refund Policy.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product has not been installed and is in its original, undamaged packaging. Products that have been installed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Custom-sized or custom-finished doors ordered to non-standard specifications are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or significantly different from what was ordered. Clearance and promotional items are final sale.

If your door arrives with a manufacturing defect, visible damage, or is the wrong model/colour from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Email us at hello@homm.com.my with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a collection arrangement.

Once the returned product is collected and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout via Billplz FPX.

For eligible returns due to defect or error on our part, we will arrange and cover collection at no cost. For change-of-mind returns (where applicable), the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is safely packaged for collection; a handling fee may apply.

If professional installation was provided by HOMM, installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed. Any post-installation issues attributed to product defects remain covered under our product warranty.
