By accessing and placing an order through the HOMM online shop, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by these terms and conditions. HOMM is a brand of White Dot Sdn Bhd, registered in Malaysia.

All HOMM doors are made-to-order and subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable due to manufacturing constraints. You will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or alternative.

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping and handling fees are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Your order is only confirmed upon successful payment via Billplz FPX. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. Please retain this for your records.

Once payment is confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled as production begins immediately. Please review your order — including product model, colour, and dimensions — carefully before proceeding to payment.

Delivery lead times vary by product and location. Our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule delivery and, where applicable, professional installation. Delivery is currently available within Peninsular Malaysia.

HOMM and White Dot Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
